WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Before Your Order Ships
We understand that things change. With the exception of built to order items, orders can be cancelled if they have not shipped. As we would need to notify our distribution channels to cancel the order, allow 1-2 business days for confirmation.

After Your Order Ships
Orders that have shipped cannot be cancelled. Please see our Return Policy above for details.

How To Cancel Your Order
Our web site tracking system is not real time and, in some cases, may not accurately reflect your shipping status. Please call us at 951-221-7141 for assistance and to find out if your order has shipped before cancelling.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

It depends on where you are and when you order your product. Orders are processed the day after they are placed and the shipping time on average is 4-6 days. Delivery details will be provided in a confirmation email or over the phone with a representative.

WHAT CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We use UPS and USPS for all our deliveries and choose the best option for getting your product to you fast.

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

Yes, customers have 30 days to make a return after their product arrives. For any issues, please contact us through the Contact Form or directly by email / phone: info@restomodsupply.com # 951-221-7141.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible to return the item back to our facility in New condition only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing Time
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
